KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Book an appointment

Please feel free to book online or call us at 215-987-3656. We require a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged upon completion of your services or in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. Walk-ins are welcome pending availability.

We are closed on Mondays, but welcome you to contact us via email at info@lacquerlounge.com or leave us a voicemail and we will contact you back as soon as possible.

Technician requests

If you would like to request a specific technician, please indicate that while booking with us and include it in the notes when booking online.

Cancellations

We require a credit card to hold all appointments and request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.  Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time and missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple pay and cash.  We do not accept checks.

Gratuity

We request and appreciate cash gratuity for our staff.

Late arrival policy

If you are running late, please call us immediately so that we can discuss your options.  When guests are more than ten minutes late, Lacquer Lounge reserves the right to shorten or cancel your service so that we do not run late for our next guest.

Removal policy

WE DO NOT REMOVE ACRYLIC OR DIP POWDER!

All gel removals must be booked as part of your appointment to ensure we have enough time to accommodate your services.  If you arrive at your appointment with gel or enhancements that were not booked for removal, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we are unable to accommodate the request for removal.

Group policy

We want each of our guests to enjoy a relaxing experience during their visit.  With that in mind, we are unable to service groups of more than 4 people.

Our guarantee

We want all our guests to leave happy and guarantee our work!  If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can repair, fix, or redo!
