Our Story

Lacquer Lounge opened its doors in 2012 with one clear mission: to raise the standard in the nail and beauty industry and reimagine every aspect of the traditional salon experience. From the beginning, health, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety have been at the core of everything we do.

More than a decade later, we continue to lead with innovation and integrity, offering services that prioritize wellness without sacrificing luxury or style.

What Sets Us Apart

At Lacquer Lounge, we don’t follow industry standards, we set them. Here’s what makes our approach different:

Waterless Manicures & Pedicures
A safer, more hygienic alternative that minimizes water waste and reduces the risk of infection.
Jet-Free Pedicure Tubs
We never use bacteria-prone whirlpool chairs. Instead, our tubs are jet-free and thoroughly sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant before and after each use.
Medical-Grade Sterilization
All metal tools are sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave to ensure complete cleanliness between every guest.
Single-Use Tools
We use disposable nail files, buffers, pumice stones, toe separators, and pedi flops once then discard them.
Licensed & Trained Professionals
Our team is fully licensed, highly skilled, and regularly trained to stay ahead of industry best practices.
Acrylic-Free & Dip-Free
We don’t offer acrylic or dip powder services to help protect the integrity of the natural nail.
Curated, Clean Beauty Products
We select only high-quality, non-toxic, and performance-driven polishes and treatments.
Client Health & Safety First
We do not perform services on individuals with contagious conditions or visible signs of infection that may require medical attention. This policy protects the health and safety of our staff, our clients, and the broader community.

Meet our Medical Director
Alyssa Piccillo, DPM, AACFAS, FACFAOM

Dr. Piccillo offers comprehensive foot and ankle services. She graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed a residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery from Hahnemann University Hospital/Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Piccillo is proud to be medical director of Lacquer Lounge and the services provided.

WHY WATERLESS?

Skipping the soak has its benefits!

STRONGER:

Longer lasting polish!

Water-soaked nails swell and shrink leading to nail polish chipping and peeling.

SAFER:

Although we use hospital grade disinfectants to sanitize our jetless pedi tubs after every service, waterless services are another alternative to ensure you are safe from any cross contamination. (water-borne bacterial infections, fungus, warts etc.)
