CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, or missing your appointment without notice, will result in a full-service charge.

If you have a package, that service will be deducted from your account. Cancellations can be made through our booking site, email or phone. By booking an appointment you are confirming you have read and understand our policy.

If you are running behind, we may have to adjust or reschedule your service so that we do not run late for our next guest.
